Carolina Solutions Group (CSG) was born out of a shared vision by co-founders Tracy Wetherington (CEO) and Travis Hall (COO) to leave behind the constraints of corporate life and build something more meaningful. Combining their decades of IT leadership to create a company grounded in integrity, innovation, and a relentless focus on solving real-world technology challenges.
Both Tracy and Travis are North Carolina natives with over 50 years of combined experience in the IT industry. Their passion for creating client-first solutions led to the official launch of CSG in 2024. In early 2025, the executive team expanded to include Tracy Legenos, a former CIO and CISO known for cultivating high-performing teams and driving measurable business growth.
Together, this seasoned leadership team brings deep expertise in navigating the Microsoft ecosystem—from the core of Active Directory to modern endpoint management, cloud services, and enterprise security. CSG is built on the belief that lasting client relationships and technical excellence are the foundation of every successful solution.

CSG provides a full range of Microsoft services, with the exception of Dynamics. While Dynamics requires a highly specialized focus, CSG is happy to refer clients to trusted Dynamics partners.

Not at all. Despite the name, CSG serves clients worldwide and has a team of resources strategically located across the U.S. to support various time zones.
CSG operates with a core team of three senior technical professionals, supported by twelve additional technical experts. Through partnerships, we can also scale rapidly by tapping into a broad network of specialized resources.
Project management is tailored to the needs of each engagement. Our technical leads are trained in project management and often handle those responsibilities. However, we also welcome collaboration with client-appointed project managers where preferred.
